How much does treatment cost?
Treatment packages start at £2,000 for Basic, £2,200 for Premium, and from £2,400 for Ultimate. There’s also a £200 Treatment Plan Design Fee for your 3D smile simulation, which is separate from the package price. Flexible finance options are available.
Are the aligners comfortable?
Yes. Smila aligners are made from Zendura™ Flex, an advanced material designed to be strong yet flexible. They’re laser-cut with rounded edges, making them smooth and comfortable to wear all day.
How long will treatment take?
It depends on your smile goals. Most cases take between 4–9 months, but your personalised 3D smile simulation will show the expected timeframe and number of aligners before you begin.
Who designs my plan?
Every plan is created and supervised by a UK-registered dentist. You’ll also have regular dentist-led check-ins, either in-clinic or online, to make sure your treatment stays on track.
Do I need retainers?
Yes. Like all orthodontic treatments, retainers are essential to maintain your new smile once treatment finishes. Your dentist will provide clear instructions and options for retainers after your aligner plan is complete.
